Welcome to winjkt, an online gaming platform operated for players in Indonesia. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "you") and winjkt ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By accessing, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any gaming activity on winjkt.cam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of winjkt constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notifications, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms apply to all aspects of your relationship with winjkt, including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay, bonus promotions, dispute resolution, and termination. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, games, or services, which will be communicated separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use winjkt services. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds. You must be a legal resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesian territory when accessing the Platform. Use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate Account termination.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must register only one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate registrations, or attempts to register under false identities are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify winjkt immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or security breach.
winjkt implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time we deem necessary, we may request identification documents including: government-issued photo identification (KTP/Indonesian ID Card, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name). You must provide requested documents within fourteen (14) days. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions and potential Account suspension. We reserve the right to reject documents deemed insufficient, altered, or fraudulent.
The following individuals are prohibited from registering or using winjkt: persons under 21 years of age; residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions; individuals with gambling addiction or self-exclusion status; employees, contractors, affiliates, or immediate family members of winjkt or its Game Providers; individuals using fraudulent payment methods or engaging in money laundering; and persons prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities.
winjkt accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata. We also support e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account suspension.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, ranging from Rp 20,000 (e-wallets) to Rp 50,000 (bank transfers). Maximum single deposit limits range from Rp 10,000,000 (e-wallets) to Rp 100,000,000 (major banks). Deposits are typically processed instantly for bank transfers and e-wallets during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider. winjkt does not charge deposit fees.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider's exchange rate will apply, and you bear any associated conversion fees. winjkt is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion charges imposed by third-party financial institutions.
You may request a withdrawal once your Account has been fully verified through KYC procedures. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name matching your verified identity. You must wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before requesting a withdrawal. Bonus Funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in Section 7 below.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM WIB). Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once approved by winjkt, bank transfers usually arrive within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes for BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, and GoPay are typically instant once approved. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks for large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000), which may extend processing time up to seventy-two (72) hours.
Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method: Rp 100,000 for major banks and Rp 50,000 for e-wallets. Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 100,000,000 for standard Accounts and higher limits for VIP members as communicated separately. We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.
winjkt does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur an administrative fee of Rp 10,000 per transaction. Your bank or e-wallet provider may charge receiving fees beyond our control. Large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 50,000,000) may be split into multiple transactions for security and operational reasons.
All games on winjkt use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are provably fair, random, and cannot be manipulated by Players or winjkt. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific session results. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are possible. Past results do not predict future outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for Account termination and fund forfeiture: collusion or coordinated play with other Users; use of bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence; exploiting software bugs or game malfunctions; chip dumping, bonus abuse, or arbitrage betting; any form of cheating, fraud, or unfair advantage; and reverse engineering or attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
For sports betting markets including football (bandar bola), results are determined by official league standings and statistics. Bets are settled based on the final score at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "Including Overtime"). If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or settlement may be delayed pending rescheduling, at winjkt's discretion. Live in-play betting odds update in real-time and are subject to acceptance delays (typically 3-10 seconds). We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at any time.
Maximum bet limits apply per game and may be adjusted by Game Providers. Exceeding maximum bet limits while wagering Bonus Funds may void winnings. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game disconnects during play, your last valid action stands and results will be visible in your game history upon reconnecting. Jackpot wins are subject to Game Provider verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to credit.
Togel (lottery) results for Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau markets are determined by official draw results from respective lottery authorities. Results are published on winjkt once officially confirmed, typically within thirty (30) minutes of the draw. Winning bets are credited automatically. If official results are delayed, disputed, or canceled, winjkt will follow the official lottery authority's decision regarding payout or void.
Bonuses are promotional offers provided at winjkt's discretion and subject to specific Terms communicated with each promotion. All bonuses require wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds and/or deposit must be wagered before converting to withdrawable cash. Game contributions toward wagering vary: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, live casino varies by game. Bonus Funds and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days unless stated otherwise).
New Users are eligible for the winjkt Welcome Bonus upon their first qualifying deposit. Standard offer: 100% match bonus up to Rp 20,000,000 with 5x wagering requirement. Minimum qualifying deposit: Rp 50,000. Wagering must be completed within 30 days. Specific game restrictions may apply as detailed in the promotion Terms. This bonus is available once per User, household, IP address, and payment method.
winjkt reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and close Accounts if we determine bonus abuse has occurred. Prohibited practices include: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; low-risk betting strategies designed solely to convert bonus to cash; coordinated play with other Users to meet wagering requirements; and any activity inconsistent with recreational play. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are final.
winjkt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and withhold funds if: you violate any provision of these Terms; you provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; you engage in fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; you are under 21 years of age; you access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; you create multiple Accounts; you fail to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; or your Account remains inactive (no login or gameplay) for twelve (12) consecutive months.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. You must withdraw all funds before closure. Outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Accounts with no login or gameplay activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are deemed inactive. We may charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive Accounts with remaining balances. If the balance depletes to zero, the Account may be closed. We will provide email notice before imposing maintenance fees.

winjkt provides gaming services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, winjkt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. winjkt is not responsible for losses arising from Game Provider errors, software malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or actions of third-party payment processors. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless winjkt, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.
All content on winjkt, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces, is the property of winjkt or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without express written permission. The winjkt name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited and subject to legal action.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming in Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of winjkt shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

By registering an Account, you consent to receive communications from winjkt via email, SMS, in-Platform notifications, and WhatsApp. Communications may include promotional offers, Account updates, security alerts, and policy changes. You may opt out of marketing communications but cannot opt out of essential Account and security notifications. All notices provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.
winjkt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent Platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
